Study in Asia .
STEPS INVOLVED
Asian universities are climbing steadily in university rankings year after year. China’s universities are gaining strength, with 5 of its institutions ranking in the top 200 in Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2020. Malaysian universities, especially the University of Malaya, are also showing strong performances in world rankings. Asia has a robust education system in places like Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, and Malaysia. These countries are also home to top performing universities and their degrees are recognised almost everywhere around the world. Lecturers are constantly revising their curriculum and keeping abreast of the latest developments within the industry. Students are encouraged to do their research on a topic beforehand and come to the lesson prepared to ask the lecturer questions that they come across. Seoul National University comes in 46th in the world reputation rankings by Times Higher Education this year, scoring well in research and teaching methods. University of Tokyo in Japan is ranked 34th in the world by the QS university rankings and has been rated as the 7th best student city by QS.
